TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Roadside Ranger, including mobile repair, roadside assistance, diagnostics, and fleet services. By requesting or receiving service, you (“Customer”) agree to the following terms.
1. MOBILE SERVICE ONLY
Roadside Ranger is a fully mobile repair service.
All work is performed on‑site at the customer’s location, breakdown site, home, yard, or jobsite.
Roadside Ranger does not provide:

Towing
-
Internal engine repairs or replacements
-
Internal transmission repairs or replacements
-
Lift‑required repairs
-
Rusted exhaust system repairs
-
Any service requiring a full shop environment
If a repair cannot be safely or reasonably performed on‑site, Roadside Ranger may decline the job.
2. SERVICE CALL FEES
A service call fee is required for all dispatches, including:

Standard service call
-
After‑hours service call
-
Emergency roadside response
Service call fees cover travel and initial assessment and are non‑refundable, even if:

The repair cannot be completed
-
The customer declines the repair
-
Additional parts or shop work is required
3. DIAGNOSTIC FEES
Diagnostic fees apply to all troubleshooting and inspections.
Diagnostic fees may be credited toward the repair only if the repair is approved and completed by Roadside Ranger.
Diagnostics are based on the information available at the time and do not guarantee that:

Additional issues will not be found

The diagnosis will resolve all symptoms

The vehicle will not require further repair
4. ESTIMATES & APPROVALS
All estimates are provided based on the best information available at the time.
Estimates may change due to:

Hidden damage
-
Rusted or seized components
-
Additional parts required
-
Safety concerns
-
Incorrect or incomplete customer information
No work will begin without customer approval.
5. PARTS POLICY
Roadside Ranger may supply parts or install customer‑provided parts.
If the customer provides their own parts:

No warranty is offered on customer‑supplied parts
-
Additional labor charges may apply if parts are incorrect or defective

Roadside Ranger is not responsible for part failure or related damage
If Roadside Ranger supplies parts:

Parts may include a standard markup
-
Manufacturer warranties apply where available
6. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods may include:

Cash
-
Card
-
Digital payment
-
Fleet billing (if approved)
Fleet Accounts
Approved fleet customers may receive:

Net 15 or Net 30 terms
-
Consolidated billing
-
Digital invoicing
Late payments may incur fees.
7. WARRANTY & LIMITATIONS
Roadside Ranger provides a limited labor warranty on workmanship for a reasonable period, depending on the nature of the repair.
This warranty does not cover:

Customer‑supplied parts
-
Wear‑and‑tear items
-
Failures caused by unrelated issues
-
Pre‑existing damage
-
Improper use or neglect
-
Off‑road or commercial abuse
-
Diagnostic-only visits
Roadside Ranger is not responsible for:

Loss of income
-
Missed loads
-
Towing costs
-
Rental vehicle costs
-
Storage fees
-
Any indirect or consequential damages
8. SAFETY & WORK CONDITIONS
Roadside Ranger reserves the right to refuse service if:

The location is unsafe
-
Weather conditions prevent safe work
-
The vehicle is positioned in a hazardous area
-
The customer behaves aggressively or unprofessionally
Customer agrees to provide a safe work environment.
9. VEHICLE CONDITION & LIABILITY
Customer acknowledges that:

Older vehicles, rusted components, and seized bolts may break during normal repair procedures

Additional labor may be required to address such issues
-
Roadside Ranger is not responsible for damage caused by pre‑existing conditions
Customer agrees to hold Roadside Ranger harmless for:

Rust‑related failures
-
Broken bolts
-
Component failure due to age or wear
-
Hidden damage discovered during repair
10. CANCELLATION POLICY
If a customer cancels after a technician has been dispatched, the service call fee still applies.
11. LIMITATION OF SERVICE
Roadside Ranger reserves the right to:

Decline any job
-
Stop work if unsafe
-
Recommend shop repair when necessary

Adjust pricing based on complexity or conditions
12. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By requesting service, scheduling an appointment, or allowing work to begin, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Service.
