Are you licensed and insured?
Licensed means Roadside Ranger is a legally registered business authorized to operate in the state of Tennessee. This confirms we meet all state and local requirements to run a mobile heavy‑duty repair service and conduct commercial or non-commercial work for fleets, owner operators, and passenger vehicle owners.
Insured means we carry the proper commercial liability insurance to protect our customers and their equipment during service. This coverage ensures that if something unexpected happens while we’re working on your truck or trailer, you’re protected and so are we.
What do you charge for a roadside assistance call?
We charge a $100 service call fee and a minimum of one hour ($100) labor during normal business hours and ($120) per hour for afterhours/weekends for commercial roadside assistance calls
Do you have a physical shop?
No — we are 100% mobile. We come to you wherever you’re broken down or parked.
What areas do you service?
We cover Parsons, TN and all surrounding counties, truck stops, yards, farms, and roadside locations.
Will I save money by using Roadside Ranger?
It is possible to save money, but usually we are comparable in price to independent shops.
Do you charge mileage to come out to me for a roadside repair?
No, we do not charge mileage and have no future plans to do so.

Yes — breakdowns don’t wait, and neither do we.

Do you work on internal engine or transmission repairs?
No — we do not perform internal engine or transmission rebuilds.
Do you offer electrical diagnostics?
Yes — we handle wiring issues, shorts, lighting problems, no‑starts, and diagnostic troubleshooting.
Do you repair trailers?
Yes — brakes, air systems, suspensions, landing gear, lights, wiring, and general trailer repairs.
